About the event
This joyful class is designed for babies and their moms to move, connect, and grow together. Each session blends playful songs, lap bounces, and interactive circle time with gentle movement activities where moms engage in light exercise (often using baby as sweet, built-in resistance!)
Think squats with snuggles, sways with songs, and strength-building woven naturally into music and play. While moms get in some feel-good movement, babies enjoy rhythm, connection, and activities that support early milestones like body awareness, coordination, and social engagement.
It’s bonding, community, and a little boost of endorphins, all in one supportive space. Come ready to move, sing, and smile together!
