A $100 deposit will be paid via separate invoice at time of booking to reserve client's party date. A music specialist will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to requested performance time and execute a 40 minute musically interactive experience for the guests. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for clean up and exit. Client's remaining balance will be determined by final headcount and due before party date. [Deposit includes our minimum payment of 5 participants. Client will owe $20 per additional participant - max $200 including the deposit]. A full refund will be issued for cancellation made at least 1 month prior to party date. 50% refund if cancelled by 1 week prior to party date and no refund thereafter. Failure to pay full balance before the party date will result in cancellation and no deposit refund. Client is financially responsible to replace equipment if said equipment is damaged during the party, whereas it is determined no longer functional or safe for future use.
