About the event
Got big after-school energy? We’ve got the perfect outlet. This upbeat class is designed for preschoolers (and their little siblings!) to move, play, and release those end-of-day wiggles in a positive, structured way.
Each session includes high-energy music, movement games, obstacle courses, and playful challenges that build coordination, listening skills, confidence, and teamwork. Activities are thoughtfully designed so preschoolers feel engaged and challenged, while younger siblings can participate at their own level.
It’s active, joyful, and just the right balance of silly and structured, helping kids head into the evening feeling proud, regulated, and ready for dinner.
